| In the last newsletter, we informed you about the new hiring activities we started this summer. Since the demand for talented engineers is beginning to exceed the labor market in Slovakia, Tachyum expanded to the Czech Republic. With the locale advantages that we gain with our expansion into Brno and recent turbulent upheaval at IT giants, we expect to exploit an exceptional pool of qualified professionals. The Czech Republic is known for hardware design and software engineering talent, especially around Brno. Tachyum brings to capable hardware and software engineers in the Czech Republic an unparalleled opportunity to work with truly disruptive technology, transformative universal microprocessor designs. Brno’s proximity to Tachyum’s European headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia, enables effective cooperation and collaboration on critical tasks. We plan to open further positions in the US and potentially in other locations globally. The key announcement of the third quarter was our announcement regarding the final build of the Tachyum Prodigy® FPGA emulation system. Reaching this point in our development journey, prior to tape-out and volume production of Prodigy processors next year, is extremely gratifying. Our commitment to delivering the world’s smallest, fastest and greenest general-purpose chip has remained unwavering. Ensuring this happens Day One of the Prodigy launch has been a priority for Tachyum. We are excited to be on the precipice of this industry-altering release. Tachyum became a member of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China and Turkish Chamber in Las Vegas and attended the KSA (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) National Day organized by Slovak - Saudi Chamber of Commerce. These activities are part of our continued commitment to expanding and creating strong business connections in the Turkish, Middle Eastern and Central Asian markets. We also seek opportunities to penetrate global markets by attending prestigious conferences and exhibitions. In November we will attend the China International Semiconductor Expo (IC CHINA), an exclusive exhibition organized by the China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA), and an international conference and exhibition for high performance computing, networking, storage and analysis Supercomputing 24 (SC 24) in the US. We will share interesting moments from the exhibitions with you in January’s newsletter. |

| Tachyum joined the European Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC). This move shows Tachyum’s commitment to expand and create strong business connections in the Chinese market. For Europe, China is the largest business partner in the world by a factor close to 2x compared to any other business partner of the EU. Tachyum has Tachyum s.r.o. in Slovakia and Tachyum Czech Republic, s.r.o. in Europe. Participating in EUCCC and important events in China fulfills stated support of European Union efforts in the semiconductor space and technological sovereignty. EUCCC’s main role is to assist European companies planning to open a business or would like to grow their existing businesses in China. Both the European Commission and Chinese authorities recognize the EUCCC as the main voice for European business in China. The new networking opportunities connect Tachyum with more than 1,600 member companies, including top European and Chinese business leaders. | |

| Tachyum Builds Final FPGA Prototype Batch Ahead of Tape-Out |
| |
| Tachyum announced the final build of its Prodigy FPGA emulation system in advance of chip production and general availability next year. As part of the announcement, the company ended its purchase program for prototype systems that was previously offered to commercial and federal customers.

| Tachyum Running Linux and Applications with 64KB Pages on FPGA |
| |
| Tachyum has successfully achieved the desired stability of the Linux operating system and applications running as part of QEMU emulations and will expand all testing and optimization processes of its Prodigy software distribution to 64KB page size on the FPGA prototype.
