In compliance with art. No.13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”), we provide you with the following information on the processing of personal data, how we use your personal data, and re-affirm our commitment to your privacy irrespective of whether or not you are based in the EU.

2. Purpose of the processing, legal basis and terms of preservation
The personal contact data (name, email address and company name) you provided through the website form are available in order to respond to your request, e.g. your subscription at TACHYUM’s promotional newsletter, for sending communications and promotional newsletters relating to TACHYUM and / or notification of events. The legal basis for these processing operations is our legitimate interest, which is the promotion of our activities and services. Your subscription is optional and revocable at any time. The data will be retained until you request to scind the subscription given.
If we have had or continue to have an existing business relationship with you, we may retain your personal data for operational processing and administration purposes in order to carry out any of our obligations under that business relationship, and also in case we wish to contact you about future business opportunities that might be of interest to you.
If you have been employed by TACHYUM, or have submitted your personal data for potential employment at TACHYUM, we may retain your personal data on file in order to contact you in case any future employment opportunities at TACHYUM might be of interest to you.
Your personal data will be processed by employees of TACHYUM who have received adequate operating instructions and who have been expressly authorized to process. Your data may be disclosed to individuals, independent data controllers such as authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, subjects, public or private, entitled to request / receive data. Your personal data may be processed by TACHYUM’s service providers, such as our administrators and auditors, may in the course of providing services to TACHYUM be required to come into contact with your personal data, only for a legitimate interest (e.g. to carry out their service obligations to TACHYUM), and are bound by strict terms of confidentiality under their contract with TACHYUM. TACHYUM ensures that all of its service providers are professionally accredited where appropriate.
3. Our obligations and promises to you:
We will never sell, transfer or allow third parties (other than TACHYUM’s service providers) to make use of your personal data without your explicit prior consent.
In the case of TACHYUM’s service providers, we will never permit them to make use of your personal data other than as required to provide services to TACHYUM, and under strict terms of confidentiality.
We will take steps to ensure any data we hold on you is kept safely and securely, and is only available to those within TACHYUM that have a legitimate interest to have access your personal data.
